Connector Subsea Solutions Exhibiting at Subsea Expo 2026

Join Connector Subsea Solutions at Subsea Expo 2026, Stand 54, P&J Live Aberdeen. See MORGRIP® connectors, small bore ball valves, and our modular DC to DC power converter.

Connector Subsea Solutions (CSS) will exhibit at Subsea Expo 2026 at P&J Live, Aberdeen, on 4 to 5 February 2026. You can find us at Stand 54. We look forward to meeting engineers, operators and project teams to discuss live scopes, near-term plans and longer-term opportunities in subsea connection, control and power.

What we are bringing to Subsea Expo 2026

  • MORGRIP® subsea pipeline connectors — engineered for reliable, cost-efficient repair and tie-ins.
  • Small bore ball valves (½, 1 and 2″) — ultra-compact units designed for distribution and control.
  • Modular DC to DC power converter — high voltage conversion for subsea systems with stable, safe operation.

35+ years of safeguarding pipeline integrity

Connector Subsea Solutions (CSS) Coating Removal Tool deployed for urgent offshore campaign

With decades of experience across pipeline repair, tie-ins, installation tooling, and advanced software and control systems, CSS continues to lead the industry in delivering field-proven, efficient and cost-effective solutions trusted by operators around the world.

At Subsea Expo 2026, we will show how our field proven MORGRIP® connectors and our suite of installation tools have helped protect pipeline assets for more than 35 years.

Distribution, control and reliability

Flow control is central as operators upgrade existing assets and extend field life. Our small-bore ball valves use a compact envelope to cut space and weight on trees, manifolds and distribution units. The design decreases potential leak paths by up to 75 percent compared with conventional bolted assemblies and is trusted by operators around the globe.

A recent collaboration in Brazil reinforces this direction. CSS has signed a memorandum of understanding with Petrobras to develop new subsea technology for future field developments, aligning our valve designs with practical installation needs and long-term reliability.

The future of subsea power and electrification

The industry is planning for greater electrical demand subsea. Our modular DC to DC power converter addresses high voltage conversion with stable operation and clear control behaviour. The objective is reliable power delivery that scales, supports diagnostics and fits within practical installation and testing programmes.

The 50 kW HV DC-DC power converter has recently completed successful wet testing. It has been integrated with a customer’s electric thruster system, demonstrating stable control and confirming readiness for full scale deployment.
