The position will be part of the management team within the Deepwater Solutions business unit.
Ideally 5-10 years of experience within oil & gas, offshore or subsea industry.
Candidates should ideally have previous project management experience in the oil & gas industry.

Production with use of CNC-controlled lathe and milling machine.
Professional certification as a CNC operator is desirable, but experience can compensate for lack of certification.
BSc or MSc in relevant discipline.
Carry out and lead mechanical design of subsea equipment and tools.
Minimum of 3 years relevant experience required in a similar position or industry
Strong working knowledge of C/C++, Bare metal, time-critical software design and various comms protocols
Full ownership of project delivery in line with customer contracts.
Projects vary between newly developed solutions, products or FEED studies.
Perform and lead the mechanical design of subsea equipment and tools.
Work in collaboration with teams in Norway, Bosnia and Croatia.
A diverse and exciting role where the successful candidate operates as the ‘hub’ of the business, bringing together all areas;
sales, engineering, procurement, workshop, logistics, commercial/finance and management.
Reporting to the Chief Software Engineer this is an excellent opportunity to develop complete software solutions.
