Following the developments and government reactions to Covid-19, we would like to reassure our clients that we will continue to support projects in accordance with our contractual commitments. We are implementing the following actions to achieve this:
– We have a dedicated team to ensure the continued safety of our customers, staff and families
– We are continually monitoring, updating and implementing the necessary processes in accordance with government advice
– Projects will be supported by primarily local staff
– Should Subject Matter Experts be required from other regional locations, these individuals will support local staff through secure video conferencing, file sharing and other communication software
– Hardware & software trials have been completed between our UK and Norwegian facilities with great success
