We are proud to announce that we have secured a substantial order for 253 off soft seated ½” 10ksi ball valves.
Our valves will be integrated into Subsea Distribution Units (SDUs) fabricated by a leading international OEM with multiple deliveries to a major O&G operator commencing Q3 2023.
Our valve solution was preferred by the client for its ultra-compact design offering a 70% reduction in weight than previously used, resulting in a 3,500 Kg saving over the entire supply.
Additionally, our unique application of Electron Beam welding technology removed 759 potential leak paths compared to traditional bolt together designs.
Strong collaboration and research from our Subsea Distribution teams in Agotnes and Kokstad, Norway, has positioned us to secure this order and we are excited to meet the challenge!
