Our new hydraulic assembly workshop in Walsall, UK is outfitted with top-notch features such as a test cabinet for hydraulic testing, powerful 20-tonne press, durable workbenches, air lines and electricity.
Our team will design, build, and test hydraulic tools, predominantly bolt tensioners, right here in-house, providing the market with a more cost-effective solution of the highest standards and quality.
It’s a pristine ‘clean workshop’ designed to keep components free from dust and debris which is crucial for assembly and testing of hydraulic tools.
Inside the test cabinet, hydraulic assemblies undergo rigorous testing at pressures up to 1500 bar.
With nearly 200 bolt tensioners already in the pipeline, our upgraded workshop will be put through its paces.
