Connector Subsea Solutions (CSS), in partnership with PAPS Thailand, successfully completed the installation of a 10 ” MORGRIP® Collet Connector at the Gulf of Thailand. This critical subsea tie-in was executed under a highly efficient timeline—less than 5 hours from deployment to final pressure test, with the entire offshore operation taking just 3 days.
Faced with an existing flange termination unsuitable for continued use, the client selected the MORGRIP® connector as a reliable solution. Installed by the team at PAPS Thailand, the operation showcased exceptional collaboration between the team at CSS and the local team on the field, to ensure a seamless integration into the subsea pipeline system.
This installation adds to the growing list of successful MORGRIP® deployments in the region, bolstering its status as a trusted Emergency Pipeline Repair System (EPRS) solution for subsea operations.
