Helping operators assess and extend the life of ageing pipeline networks through targeted Emergency Pipeline Repair Systems (EPRS) and planned intervention campaigns, addressing integrity risks and developing tailored modification solutions to safely extend assets beyond their original design life. Our life extension strategies also enable tiebacks and the integration of new production, maximising the value and operational potential of existing infrastructure.
PIPE-IN-PIPE (PiP) REPAIR SOLUTIONS
Providing specialist clamp and connector systems for complex pipe‑in‑pipe (PiP) repairs, where applications present unique challenges due to additional failure modes and the need to repair an integrated system rather than a single pipeline. Our fully engineered solutions address all three critical elements: the inner flowline, annulus and outer pipe, restoring pressure containment, structural performance and insulation where required, with tailored solutions for the many Pipe-in-Pipe (PiP) design configurations.
