Successful Qualification of 1″ and 2″ Soft Seat Ball Valves

Connector Subsea Solutions has successfully qualified 1” and 2” Soft Seat Ball Valves to PR2F (API 6A) and TR1234.

The ball valves were tested to 15,000 psi pressure and temperature range -18 to +121°C (Temperature Class U).

The first delivery of these ball valves to Brazil was completed in May with ongoing deliveries scheduled this year.

CSS is currently in the process of qualifying the ½” Soft Seat Ball Valve, also to PR2F (API 6A) and TR1234, and to the same procedures and parameters.
