Deepwater pipeline repair or subsea tie-ins can only be achieved through the correct interfacing of remote operated pipelines repair equipment. We deliver complete lightweight and compact remote operated Pipeline Repair Systems (PRS) for subsea rigid risers, flowlines and pipelines. These items can be supplied separately or as a complete package for remote deepwater repair, enabling the complete system integration prior to mobilisation.
Product Description
Our Pipeline Retrieval Tool is a mechanically operated jaw de-signed grip onto flexibles, umbilical’s and rigid pipelines or risers to enable retrieval of the pipe to the surface.
The reinforced jaws have interchangeable inserts to enable the tool to be modified for a wide range of pipe dimensions, materials and coatings. Having the ability to adapt the interface provides control and assurance to the subsea operation.
The lifting points are adjacent to the centre of the jaws and are hinged. This feature ensures a controlled lift by mitigating the bending moment in the load.
Designed for easy mobilisation and operation, the tool has a stan-dard ROV class 4 interface and a working load limit of 115t.
This solution has been tested up to 200t and has a quick, safe and robust method of retrieving pipe from the seabed.
