A DNV-compliant structural clamp that delivers a robust and cost-effective permanent repair solution for all pipeline defects, for non-sour service applications.
Securing long-term pipeline integrity across structural repair scenarios, including axial, compression and torsion loads, efficiently and economically.
FEATURES
- Cost-effective and economical structural repair solution
- Leak repair for defects such as pin-hole, broad area metal loss or stress-induced defects, and up to full pipeline break, for non-sour service applications
- Twin radial and longitudinal seals – enhances pipeline integrity by enabling integrity testing without pressurising existing defects
- Structural grippers and seals energised by plunger (as opposed to compression only) – allows clamp design to suit upper and lower pipeline tolerance boundaries and greater clearance to pipe OD to cope with ovality and prevent seal damage
- Positive grip/seal activation – removes routine inspection requirements and potential for increased maintenance costs
- Eliminates need for grout and enables clamp reuse should a pipeline be decommissioned
- 30-year design life and permanent first-time repair
