
Connector Subsea Solutions (CSS) Isotek played a key role as a supplier in the Equinor campaign for the Statpipe New Landfall (SNL) Project. Conducted last summer, the project successfully restored gas flow and completed the tie-in of several pipelines to the landfall pipeline system.
Project Scope and Key Achievements

The project involved complex subsea tie-in and pipeline isolation operations. Through close collaboration, the parties involved successfully:
- Integrated several pipelines into the landfall pipeline system.
- Restored gas flow in one of the pipelines, ensuring continued operational efficiency.
- Provided ongoing software and hardware support throughout the campaign.

CSS’ Contribution to the Equinor PRS Project


As a supplier and partner, CSS Isotek worked closely with Equinor to provide essential support in multiple areas:
Software Upgrades and System Optimisation
- Migrated critical tools to new servers to enhance reliability.
- Conducted software fixes before deployment, ensuring smooth operations.
- Implemented tool repairs and updates
Technical and Offshore Support
- Provided mobilisation support for the offshore campaign.
- Assisted with inspection, maintenance, and repair (IMR) throughout the project.
- Supplied essential spare parts to maintain operational readiness.
- Providing remote support to the 24-hour Offshore campaign.
Collaboration and Problem-Solving

The success of the Statpipe New Landfall Project within CSS Isotek was driven by tight collaboration between the software and hardware teams. During the campaign, several critical calls were handled, and key issues were resolved efficiently—demonstrating the team’s ability to respond swiftly to challenges.
Outcome and Client Feedback

Equinor confirmed the successful completion of all pipeline tie-in operations and the restoration of gas flow, marking another milestone for both Equinor and the CSS Isotek team. The seamless coordination between teams ensured minimal disruption and optimised performance throughout the project.
