Field-proven technology for the removal of all corrosion and insulation coatings, including FBE, at any water depth, without any risk of damaging the parent pipeline.
FEATURES
- Patented cutting head technology for the removal of hard pipeline coatings including FBE, without removal of parent metal
- Follows the contour of the pipe regardless of pipeline tolerances and ovality
- Suitable for both horizontal and vertical application
- Lightweight and easy to use in ROV operation
- Can also be used to reduce coating thickness rather than remove coating entirely

- Configuration 1: suitable for pipeline sizes 4″ (bare pipe) to 14″ (with coatings)
- Configuration 2: suitable for pipeline sizes 10″ (bare pipe) to 24″ (with coatings)
- Configuration 3: suitable for pipeline sizes 18″ (bare pipe) to 36″ (with coatings)
- Axial stroke for length of coating removal 1 300 mm
- Working pressure 207 barg / 3 000 psi
- Minimum flow required >38 l/min
